Pre-Wedding Coordination

The role of a Pre-Wedding Coordinator is to assist you with venue &/or vendor selections, timeline creation, and you’ll receive full access to Aisle Planner Software! *Aisle Planner Software is the most comprehensive planning software for weddings. Your AP client portal offers you the management of your checklist, timeline, design studio, room layouts, guest management, seating, budget, vendors, and of course – Your Wedding Website! Two Zoom meetings and unlimited emails/texts are included.

This Package is only $750

Concierge Services can be added to your package to customize according to your needs.

Day Of Coordination (includes all of the above +)

The role of a Day-of Coordinator is to step in during the final month of planning to ensure every detail aligns with your wedding vision. We will have 2 planning meetings during which we will discuss your design, aesthetic, layout, timeline, vendors, and much more! *Aisle Planner Software access is available once your deposit is confirmed.

Month of Coordination

 

A Month-of Coordinator steps in during the final months of the planning process to assist with your timeline, vendors, and details of the wedding day. This package also includes a venue consultation meeting early on as well as an optional design consultation meeting to refine the aesthetic of your event. *Aisle Planner Software access is available once your deposit is confirmed.

This package is designed for couples who want expert guidance every step of the way. From initial concept to the final send-off, we handle every detail, including vendor coordination, budget management, timeline creation, and event design. *Aisle Planner Software access is included. Our team ensures a seamless planning experience, allowing you to focus on the joy of your engagement while we bring your vision to life with precision and care. *Aisle Planner Software access is available once your deposit is confirmed.

  • Additional Coordinators – $99/hour (up to 12 hours), not including setup & teardown
  • Decor Set-Up & Tear Down $150/hour per coordinator 
  • Specialty Linen Rentals – Specialty Linen Rental Look Book 2026
  • Premium Silk Floral Rentals & Design Floral Rental Look Book 2026
  • Rental Pickup and/or Return (Tuxedos, etc.) – $100 per trip
  • Hotel Guest Bags (Assembly & Delivery) – $99/hour
